These are the mandatory terms of purchase of our company

We are wholesale warehouses through our website and Facebook.

For fast and immediate service from the warehouses or for delivery to each city.

By telephone, our specialized staff will be at your disposal to answer all your questions. After a full informative session, then the purchase is made.

Terms of visit

For safety reasons in our warehouses there is an update point for safety.

For security measures , children under 4 years old must be accompanied by their parents.

Any use of our items is prohibited.

Everything is new.

There are display products.

We are not a shop to visit.

We are wholesale online warehouse.

Pick up only if you have reserve or paid the item.

Only by appointment to test them up close where it is possible to show them.

We don’t deliver goods without payment and goods on sale.

We do not accept visas in our warehouse.

Payments

We will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information related with financial data. All payments are performed by credit card using a secure Gateway checkout page provided by JCC Payment Systems Ltd. When you are about to pay, you will be redirected to the JCC secure Gateway checkout page, enter your payment details and perform the payment and then redirected back to our website to view your order confirmation.

Delivery and Pick-up

We will deliver within the island of Cyprus and Greece for all weekdays, except Sundays and holidays.

We currently offer 3 ways of delivering our products to you:

Pick-up from any our Nicosia and Larnaca Warehouse (FREE) in 1-2 working days
Home Delivery
Home Delivery with assembly

We will do our best to deliver your product within the time lines above. Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our liabilities or for delays that occur as a result of Acts of God (like fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

Although we will never dispatch a product in damaged packaging, upon delivery or pick up, please always check carefully to avoid receiving faulty or non fully functioning product. After you sign to receive the product, you accept it as it is and you have no claim regarding the packaging and the general condition of the product.

Order cancellation and Returns

Terms for buying,changing or returning items in 7 days – electronics or safely in special boxes.

Returns are not acceptable for all indoor and outdoor games that require assembly depending on the warranty terms.

It is the customers responsibility to check items ordered when the item is received. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately. After the order is received, we are not liable for any unreported damages that may have occurred during delivery.

Items that are on discount/sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.

• Product and money returns are not acceptable for products that go out of our store.
• 2 years warranty for all rechargeable electric cars described in the manufacturers manual.
• As an example , warranty is included in the circuit that is responsible for the car acceleration but it does not included the operation of the lights or other electric modes.
• Parental supervision is mandatory to avoid damage in the electric motors due to wrong use. ( For example , motors are destroyed when coming in contact to a wall or another obstacle.
• Protecting the car by storing in a close space is necessary because it can get damaged by humidity , rain.
• Do not charge the battery for more than 8 hours. In order to charge the battery it has to be completely empty by previous use.
• Damage from accident are not covered by warranty.
• Damage of tires , axis by overloading or hard knocks are not covered by warranty and we will not return the money.
• Due to heavy weight, all of our cars and engines are carried out by holding from the bottom part of the base and not the upper or the doors. Damage that happen from these kinds of acts are not covered by warranty.
• If the buyer is returning the car to the supplier due to warranty or any other damage which the buyer is responsible, the shipping costs fall on the buyer. The buyer has to write and sign a paper which describes the damage on the car.
• If the assembly of the product is done by the buyer , there is no responsibility for any damage.
• The buyer must check if the product is working normally before leaving the shop. The supplier doesn’t have any responsibility for any after sale loss or damage.

Children

On our website we sell products for children. If you are under 18 you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Προσοχή όλα τα κουπόνια είναι μια προσφορά της εταιρεία μας. Δεν μπορούν να ακυρωθούν, είναι δεσμευτικά και υποχρεωτική η αγορά. Δεν επιστρέφονται λεφτά. Είστε υπόχρεοι και φέρεται ευθύνη για την αγορά σας.

Όλα τα κουπόνια ισχύουν για 2 μήνες και έχετε το πλεονέκτημα της αλλαγής με αλλά προϊόντα.
